About
I'm a Registered Dietitian with a passion for integrative medicine and the powerful role food plays in our health.
Nutrition is more than what we eat — it's connected to our emotions, behaviors, relationships, and identity. Food bridges the physical and emotional aspects of life.
I help people navigate chronic conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, and GI disorders through personalized changes that actually feel doable.

Medical Nutrition Therapy
Medical Nutrition Therapy is evidence-based, individualized nutrition care provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. It involves comprehensive assessment, personalized intervention, and ongoing monitoring.
MNT helps manage conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders — through nutrition strategies tailored to your life.
It starts with listening. No judgment, no generic advice — just honest conversation about food, health, and your body. I want to understand where you are and where you want to go before we talk about changing anything.
From there, your lifestyle, preferences, and goals guide everything. This isn't a plan handed to you — it's one we create together, so it actually fits the life you're living.
Nutrition connects to sleep, stress, movement, relationships — all of it. We look at the full picture because lasting change doesn't happen in isolation.
Most importantly, MNT is ongoing care, not a one-time consultation. We work together over time, adjusting as your life changes, so the plan keeps working long after our first conversation.
My Approach
I start with a comprehensive assessment — understanding not just your health history, but your daily routines, challenges, and what you're hoping to achieve.
From there, we build a plan together. Not a generic meal plan, but a personalized roadmap that accounts for your preferences, your schedule, and your reality.
And we keep working together. Through ongoing support and accountability, we adjust as needed and celebrate your progress along the way.
Every person I work with has a different story. My job is to understand yours and help you write the next chapter — one where food feels like a partner, not a problem.
The Process
From first conversation to lasting results — here's how we work together.
Schedule
Virtual consultations available nationwide. Free initial consultation.
First Visit
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive conversation — we'll go through your health history, daily routines, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to change. Come as you are, no prep needed.
Ongoing Sessions
Follow-up visits are where the real work happens. We review progress, troubleshoot challenges, adjust your plan, and keep building on what's working. Frequency depends on your needs — typically every 2-4 weeks.
Virtual Nationwide
All sessions are conducted via secure video. No commute, no waiting room. You can meet from home, your office, or wherever works for you.
Insurance
Medical nutrition therapy is covered by many insurance plans. Contact us to verify your benefits before your first visit.
Client Outcomes
Every client's path is different. Here's what patients have experienced working with a dedicated dietitian.
Patients learn to manage blood sugar through sustainable dietary changes — not restrictive diets. Many reduce or stabilize their medication with their doctor's support.
Diabetes & Blood Sugar
Through careful identification of triggers and structured elimination protocols, patients find the specific changes that bring real relief — not just general advice.
Digestive Health
Beyond managing conditions, many patients discover a new relationship with food entirely — one built on understanding rather than restriction, and enjoyment rather than anxiety.
